The phone will be available in all virgin outlets, including their online store from where you can order it easily to get it delivered at your doors steps.  As you know that the phone is already old; don’t expect it to come out with latest specs, features, or designs because it will remain as it is. It’s just that you can access it now and buy it from your state with ease. The phone was launched in the September of last year; it is not much old though, you can get it without contracts since there are no restrictions.

Just a quick peak at the features of the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE: it has got a moderate size 4 inch display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, two cameras (5mega pixel rear facing and 1.3 mega pixel at the front of the mode), and slot for memory card. The phone is powered by an interactive Jelly Bean Android 4.1 operating system. No need to install it yourself, the phone has got it already.
