Release of iOS 5 by Apple has not only been causing for Apple users, but also for Apple itself. A number of Apple users have reported wifi connectivity issues as they have updated their device to iOS 5.

The Wi-Fi connection problem has been reported as either of poor signal strength/completely loosing wi-fi signals or no wifi detection at all. The problem has been reported on iPhone 4s, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad and also iPod touch . One of the users tried to troubleshoot the device and was successful in rectifying the issue. The user reported that by reverting back to iOS 4.3 the wifi connectivity was back to normal.

Apple has not yet officially taken responsibility of wifi connectivity issue. However, if you also are going through such an issue, the only solution is to revert to iOS 4.3 or lower on your device, until an official fix is released by Apple.
