Apple Introduces iPhone 4S with iOS 5

Finally, Apple has announces the release of iPhone 4S, the upcoming model of its most popular Smartphone. The announcement is of great surprise for the users around the world, who were anticipating the release of iPhone 5 instead of iPhone 4S. Apple iPhone 4S keeps the shape of iPhone 4, however it has been enhanced in features. The iPhone 4S has exactly a feel and looks of iPhone 4.

Pre-ordering of iPhone 4S will start on 7th October and the product will hit the Apple stores in US on October 14th. The introductory retail prices for iPhone 4S will be $199 (16GB) and $299(32GB) models. Although it has a shape of iPhone 4 but iPhone 4S comes with enhanced internal functions. It will run on new Apple A5 dual core processor (as in iPad 2) and upgraded RAM of 1GB. With dual core processor, iPhone 4S will render dual core graphics. It is promises to be seven times faster than iPhone 4. iPhone 4S is powered by the newest iteration of its revolutionary operating system, iOS 5. It contains a new antenna system that allows it to switch between two antennas for better sound quality and download speeds. The theoretical max of the iPhone 4S is a whopping 14.4 Mbps down, a vast increase from the iPhone 4′s theoretical max of 5.8 up and 7.2 down.

iPhone 4S also contains a upgraded 8-megapixel camera that can take 3264×2448 images, an increase of 60% from the iPhone 4. It is capable of taking in 73% more light than the iPhone 4 and is 33% faster. It includes a redesigned Image Signal Processor that includes auto-face detection and 26% better white balance. It also includes additional f2.4 lens for wider shots.
